Study the tariff plans that are available to you. Remember that the self-service system allows you to choose any plan available in the Arsenal of the operator, and only those that are listed on the main toolbar of the page. You can set a specific date from which to act a new tariff plan. If you want to choose one of the other existing contracts, please contact the office of the company.

Choose the most convenient office of "MegaFon". This information is available on the home page of the official site in the horizontal menu under "Help and services". You can use the comfortable search system by the name of the subway station or on the map.

Visit the office of "MegaFon". Explain to the employee that you want to move to another tariff plan, but it is not available in the self-service system.

Complete the application form provided to you by an employee of the office, select the tariff plan that would go. Give the technician your passport.
