In order to log in to the control panel tabs in Mozilla, move the mouse cursor over the main button the main menu that says “Opera”. In the opened list select the fourth line "Bookmarks", then click on the option "Manage bookmarks" and click it. Or select the key combination “Ctrl-Shift-B” you will open the control panel tabs.

In the top menu bar, locate the "File" tab and open the context menu. Next, select "Save as". You will see a window with folders and files on your hard drive.

By default, the browser usually opens the folder "My documents", but if you are not satisfied, select another directory to save the bookmarks file. At the bottom of the dialog box, locate the two lines: "file Name" and "file Type". The type of file you have set as default and no need to change. And in the "file Name" enter a name for your bookmark.

The name of the bookmarks file you can type both Latin and Russian letters. Most importantly, do not change the assigned default extension .adr. It allows the browser to recognize the bookmark file and correctly install it.

To restore the saved bookmarks from a file in the same main menu of the control panel tabs select "File" and in the list, tap "Open". In the dialog box, select a file with saved bookmarks and specify it. Then wait until Opera will unpack the file and rebuild the bookmark list. If the bookmarks you had a lot, it may take some time.

Keep in mind that when saving bookmarks from Opera into a file, besides saving in the standard format of the browser, you can also save them in html format. In this case, in the future you can open the bookmark file, not only in Opera but also in any application that can recognize html format and view it without installing it into the browser.
