You will need
    • For recipe No. 1:
    • 1 Bank cod liver (250 g);
    • 300 g fresh tomatoes;
    • 300 g of fresh cucumbers;
    • 2 tbsp sunflower oil;
    • dill and parsley;
    • lettuce;
    • salt to taste.
    • For recipe No. 2:
    • 1 Bank cod liver (250 g);
    • 1 can green peas (150 g);
    • 200 g of potatoes;
    • 100 g onions;
    • 2 eggs;
    • 2 tbsp sunflower oil;
    • 1 lemon;
    • salt
    • pepper to taste.
    • For recipe number 3:
    • 1 Bank cod liver (250 g);
    • 3 eggs;
    • 300 g of fresh cucumbers;
    • 100 g apples (sour-sweet);
    • 100 g of hard cheese;
    • green onions;
    • dill.

Recipe No. 1. The vegetables and greens and wash thoroughly under running water. Lay leaves of lettuce, dill and parsley on a cotton towel to dry. Cut small slices of tomatoes and cucumbers. Open the liver of the cod , and drain it with the oil. Then, like the vegetables, cut into thin slices. Finely chop the dill and parsley. Take a deep bowl and mix it in vegetables, liver and most of the greens. Season with oil, salt and mix thoroughly. On a large platter lay the beautiful green leaves of lettuce and place them on top of prepared salad vegetables and liver cod. Garnish with the remaining herbs and serve.

Recipe №2. Vegetables peel and wash under running water. Boil potatoes until tender, cool to room temperature and cut into small cubes. Onions finely chop. Remove the banks from the liver of cod and cut it into cubes. Eggs hard boil and cool. Then peel and separate the whites from the yolks. In a pre-prepared bowl, place the chopped vegetables and liver, crumble the yolks. Add the peas and stir. Pour the vegetable oil, season with salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Proteins finely chop and sprinkle them on top of the salad, garnish with slices of lemon.

Recipe No. 3. Eggs hard boil and refrigerate. Open a jar of liver of the cod , and drain it of the oil, but do not pour. Put liver in a bowl and knead well with a fork. Apple wash, remove the core and cut away a thin layer of thin skin. Cut it in small cubes. Peel the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. The yolks along with the cheese grate on a fine grater, proteins and crumble. Under running water wash the cucumbers and cut them in small cubes. Separately slice onions and greens. In a deep dish combine together the liver of cod, cheese, egg yolks and mix until a homogeneous mass. Add the whites, Apple, cucumber, onion and stir. Try the salad. If the taste of it will seem dry, add the previously drained from the liver of cod oil, stir. Put all in a bowl and garnish on top of the greens, serve.
