You will need
    • butter 125 g;
    • powdered sugar ¼ Cup;
    • egg 1 PC;
    • flour 1.5 cups;
    • cocoa 1 tbsp;
    • milk ½ Cup;
    • soda ¼ tsp;
    • hot water ¼ Cup;
    • vanilla or vanilla essence;
    • chocolate 100 g
Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease a baking dish with butter or oil. Put the bottom and sides of the shape oiled paper. Mix together flour and cocoa. Sift these ingredients.
In a small bowl, whisk oil with sugar until the formation of cream. Weight should increase approximately twice, and the sugar crystals completely dissolve.
Add in the egg mass, mix well. Pour in the vanilla essence, stir.
Put whipped mass in a large container. Gradually enter the sifted flour and cocoa, mix with milk. Stir with a metal spoon.
Dissolve baking soda in hot, about 50C, the water. Add to the dough. Stir until smooth.
Spoon the batter into a baking pan. Align the surface. Bake for 35 minutes.
Check the readiness with a sharp knife. Stick it in the middle of the cupcake. If after you get the knife, there is no trace of dough – cake is ready.
Remove from the oven. Leave the cake in the form for 5 minutes. To cool put it on the grill.
In a water bath melt the bar of milk chocolate. Apply to the cooled surface of the cupcake.
