You will need
- notification about liquidation of public organizations in the form РН0005;
- - notification of the appointment of the liquidation Committee and the liquidator non-profit organization in the form РН0006;
- - Protocol on the elimination and formation of the liquidation Commission in two copies.
Instruction

Collect a General meeting of all members of the public organization. This meeting must be decided on closure.

Within three days from the moment the decision on liquidation of the put notify the Federal registration service (registration Agency).

Form a liquidation Committee and select a liquidator. Then in the "Bulletin of state registration" publish an announcement on liquidation.

Started to gather the necessary legal documents to a process and direct them to the registration authority. The documents should consist of notification that a decision was made to liquidate the public organization in the form РН0005; notification of the appointment of the liquidation Committee and the liquidator non-profit organization in the form РН0006; Protocol on the elimination and formation of the liquidation Commission in two copies.

The liquidation Committee shall approve the interim liquidation balance sheet and submit to the registration authority the notice that was drafted this document in form РН0007. Also together with the notice sent myself an intermediate balance.

Perform all financial calculations with creditors of the organization, informing them about the commencement of the liquidation process.

After the liquidation procedure is completed, the registration authority must submit an application for state registration of public organization in connection with its liquidation according to the form РН0008 in two copies. One copy must be certified by a notary. Also, with the application of the liquidation balance sheet, receipt about payment of state duty (original and copy) and the original Charter and certificate of state registration of public organizations.
