Chocolate cognac at home
The beverage, made this original recipe, especially lovers use cognac with lemon and chocolate. For its preparation will need the following ingredients:
- 1.5 liters vodka (3 bottles);
- 100 g of black chocolate;
- 3 cups of sugar;
- 0.5 cups of water;
- 0.5 sachet of vanilla sugar.
To make brandy at home, you need to prepare the chocolate: break it into small pieces or grate on a coarse grater, then melt in a water bath. Once all pieces are melted, gently pour the vodka and pour the vanilla sugar. Ingredients mix well, remove from heat and let cool slightly, then pour into a glass jar or bottle, cover and refrigerate.
Daily jar you need to shake, and after 7 days make a syrup from sugar and water and add to chocolate drink. Leave the brandy in the fridge for 4 weeks, then strain through a sieve and pour into bottles.
Homemade brandy with plums and oak bark
This noble drink is not inferior to the expensive store-bought taste. Most importantly when it is cooking to prevent boiling of the liquid. To do that, you will need:
- 3 liters of vodka;
- 1 tsp. of oak bark;
- 1 tsp sugar;
- 1 tsp instant coffee;
- 1 teaspoon tea leaf infuser;
- 0.5 tsp. of baking soda;
- 3 peas of black pepper;
- 5 pieces of raisins;
- 2 Bay leaves;
- 1 piece of plum;
- 4 grains of coriander;
- 2 buds of cloves.
In a saucepan put all the ingredients coriander before it crushed, pour vodka. Put the saucepan on the fire and cover tightly with a lid and wait until the liquid almost boils, immediately turn off the heat. To cook a delicious cognac at home, it is important to make sure that the liquid in no case do not boil. When the drink has cooled, strain it through cheesecloth, folded in two layers, then pour into bottles.
Homemade brandy with orange zest
To enjoy the unique taste of homemade brandy, prepared according to this recipe, it must withstand a minimum of 14 days. For the production of the drink you will need:
- 3 liters of vodka;
- 1 tablespoon of sugar;
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon;
- 1 orange (you will need only to peel);
- 4 clove Bud;
- 0,5 coffee spoon of vanilla;
- 1 tbsp of black leaf tea no additives;
- 10 peas of black pepper.
The orange should be well washed, cut off the peel and grate it on a fine grater. At the bottom of a glass jar to put the orange peel, tea, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper and vanilla. Fill the container with vodka and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon, seal with a lid and put in a dark place. After 3 weeks strain the mixture through cheesecloth, folded in two layers, and pour into a noble drink bottles.
