"Shirley"
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
20 ml of coconut syrup;
- 20 ml grenadine syrup;
- 80 g of strawberry ice cream;
- 150 g of lemonade;
- 2 strawberries;
- crushed ice.
Fill a tall glass with crushed ice halfway. In a bowl, pour lemonade and grenadine syrup. Gently mix everything with a spoon, place on top a ball of ice cream, pour the coconut syrup, insert berries and straws.
"Cococino"
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
20 ml of coconut syrup;
- 1 tbsp of ground coffee;
- 40 ml of water;
- 120 ml of 2.5% milk.
Brew strong coffee and mix with syrup. Boil the milk in a saucepan and immediately set aside. Pour it in the coffee in a thin stream so that Irish glass is formed of three layers: white, brown and Penn. Carefully lower in the cocktail spoon.
"Coco nut" for children
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- 15 ml coconut syrup;
- 15 ml cherry syrup;
- 180 ml banana juice;
- whipped cream;
- 1 cherry;
- a few slices of banana;
- ice (optional).
Whisk in a blender or whisk banana juice with two syrups and whipped cream to taste. Add ice as desired. Put the cocktail in a glass, decorate with slices of banana and cherry.
Alcoholic cocktail with coconut syrup "Painkiller"
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 40 ml coconut syrup;
- 120 ml dark rum;
- 40 ml of orange juice;
- 160 ml of pineapple juice;
- 2 pinches of nutmeg;
- 2 peeled orange slices;
ice.
Put some ice into a shaker, add liquid ingredients and shake well several times. Pour the cocktail in portions, sprinkle with nutmeg. Fit the edges of the glasses with the orange wedge and garnish the drinks with umbrellas.
"Swimming pool"
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 60 ml coconut syrup;
- 60 ml white rum;
- 40 ml of vodka;
- 20 ml liqueur blue Curacao;
- 120 ml pineapple juice;
20 ml 20% cream;
- semi-circle pineapple;
- 2 cherries, or strawberries;
- crushed ice.
Combine in a shaker rum, vodka, syrup, juice, cream and crushed ice and shake for 10 seconds. Divide the mixture into 2 parts, fill the glasses and slowly pour in the liqueur. Cut the half pineapple in half, string on a toothpick with berries and place on the edge portion of dishes.
"Grog exotic"
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- 15 ml coconut syrup;
- 15 ml passion fruit syrup;
- 100 ml of water;
- 1 bag of black tea;
- 40 ml white rum;
2 slices of orange and lemon;
- 2 slices of Apple;
circle kiwi;
- 2 dried cloves;
- a pinch of ground cinnamon and black pepper.
Brew a strong tea. Finely chop the slices of fruit and fold in Irish glass. Pour the mixture of syrup, then hot tea and rum. Spice grog spices and stir.
