Enable an installed plugin
For managing already installed plugins and extensions of Mozilla Firefox you will need to go to the extension Manager. To do this, click on the icon to launch the browser to open the main program window. After that, click the Firefox button in the upper left corner of the screen. You will see the browser menu, which you can use to change application settings, and choose the function of some extensions that were previously installed. Click on "add-Ons". Before you tab will appear on the page where you will see the existing plugins. Click "Enable" to activate the desired extension in the program window.
If the plugin is already activated, you can disable it the same way. Opposite already included the extension button will "Disable".
If you want to see a list of all extensions available for inclusion in the browser, click "Plugins" on the left side of the page. In the drop-down list in the row names of each object you can choose startup options. To disable the use of extensions, select "Never activate". If you want to fully activate the module, click on "Always enable". In some cases, you can also select "Enable on demand", if you want to run the extension only on certain pages.
Download new add-ons
If you want to load or activate a new extension for your browser, under "add-Ons" from the browser menu, select "Get add-ons" in the left part of the plugin Manager. Before you will see a web interface that allows you to upload any extension available for your program. Using the line, "Search for add-ons" you can enter the name of any specific application. To search for an appropriate extension, you can also use the list of categories or list of the most popular at the moment extensions.
To complete the installation of some plug-ins require a browser restart.
Once you select the plugin, check out its functionality. To install the plugin click on "add to Firefox". Click on the "Allow" button to download the add-on. After loading is complete, wait for the Windows warning about the dangers of installing plugins from unknown authors. Click "Install now" to apply the changes and automatic activation item.
