Subsequent actions mean that the disk you have is a system and it's operating system. First you need to remove the program from drive C. this should be Done using the Uninstaller this programs. To do this, click "start" then "All programs" and find the program you want to delete. In the menu of this program, respectively, select "Delete" and using "Master uninstall" will remove it.

If by "start" you failed to detect the Uninstaller program, then remove it. Click "start" and select "control Panel". Then find the "add or remove programs". For installation you will need the installers for those programs. Create D drive Program Files folder. In this folder will be re-installed desired programs.
