First, do not make unnecessary movements. The less manipulation with the files you made after a corruption or data loss, the easier will be the recovery and it's likely. Do not format the drive, if formatted, then do not try to write new data. To recover deleted data easier than to recover the deleted data after formatting.

If you did not delete the data, but access is denied and a warning message appears system error, then try to restart the computer (sometimes helps). When that doesn't help, remove the flash drive the correct way and insert it again.

If that does not work, you should perform a "scan removable drive". To do this in the "My computer" click right mouse button on the icon of the flash drive and choose "Properties".
