In the appeared form you can fill out all fields - e-mail, phone number, full name, Skype name, and one or more. The more information, the more likely that you will find the right person. The easiest program to search by the unique data – email, phone, username, but the search can be carried out only by name and surname. In this case, most likely, you will receive a list of namesakes among them, the contact information independently to find his friend.

Once you have found the right person, tap "Add contact".
The program will automatically send your friend request and when he receives it and will add your nickname in your contacts, you will be able to see when he's online and to chat with him.

Note
Skype, when you search, does not display user photos, which are not included the program more than 72 hours. So, if you know that your friend has uploaded an avatar, and in the proposed contact, it is not - it doesn't necessarily mean that you made a mistake.
