How to obtain exemption from physical education

For starters, you should know that the exemption from the lessons of physical education can be justified in a presented medical certificate about the presence of contraindications to physical stress. Such medical records have different model forms, but there are some General rules. The certificate shall contain:
- title and corner stamp of the medical institution;
- surname, name and patronymic of the patient;
- diagnosis, if you want a description of these tests and diagnostics, as well as the conclusions of doctors-experts;
- the period of release from employment;
- signature of the attending physician;
- date of issuance of certificate;
- the seal of a medical institution.

Contact your doctor who will be able to give you such document in accordance with the existing indications for the exemption or limitation of exertion during class. It could be the policeman or doctor, if the release is supposed to get after the disease and is issued for a short period (1 month). If you had to spend at the hospital more than two weeks, you may be issued a certificate containing an extract from illness and the recommendation of release for a term of one to three months and sometimes up to six (in exceptional cases).
