How to make a balcony from the kitchen

If your apartment has a large balcony, very tempting to turn it into the kitchen to get the extra room. Of course, to make from the balcony of the kitchen in full sense of the word impossible, such a project will never agree on neither the BTI nor the gas company nor the fire Department. But at successful coincidence of circumstances, it is possible to make the balcony part of the living space.

You will need

- insulation;
- the system "warm floor" in the form of a film;
- wall panels;
- plastic Windows;
- materials for the output communications: wires, pipes, etc.;
- polyurethane foam;

Instruction

Start of the project. Consider in advance all the necessary and possible measures, write and draw the plan. Keep in mind all the existing laws and the possibility of building communications.

Print communication to the balcony. If you withdraw the drain for the sink, notice that must be provided with a slope at least 3 cm per meter, or requiring the installation of a pump. The opportunity to bring the sewer is only for the first floor if you live above, such actions would be illegal. Gas can not be displayed on the loggia in any case, so just remove the plate or use it on-site apartment. Instead, set on the balcony electric stove and other electrical appliances.

Swipe to the balcony electricity from the panel and install the outlet. Use copper three-core cable, preferably brand Vvgp-ng-LS and cross-section not less than 1.5 sq. mm the Wiring on the loggia protect VDT (RCD), a gun no more than 16A.

Below the loggia is not going to condensate and the space is well ventilated, install the hood. For this output the hole in the street (with check valve).

Insulate the balcony. On the floor lay a plate of insulation, separating them from other layers of the film. On top lay sheets of chipboard and warm floor in the form of cloth (to facilitate construction). Close the top floor with tiles or linoleum.

The walls of the balcony, bordering the street, insulated by means of insulation (or mineral wool URSA). On top, close the plastic panels. As Windows put warm plastic double-glazed Windows, triple is best. On one wall you can also mount the film "Warm floor", if it will not be necessary, or in the summer it can be easy to remove.

If possible, combine the loggia with the room, dismantling the window. Sill use as a tabletop, on top of him lay laminated chipboard or plywood, and the edges decorated with edging tape.

Put it on the balcony cabinets, install electric cooker, hood and other kitchen accessories.

Note

If you do not hold a formal agreement with all interested offices to redoing the balcony, you will have problems when selling the apartment, during scheduled inspections (e.g. gas services), the complaints of neighbors.
