Ingredients:
- Minced chicken – 0,5 kg;
- White bread or bread - 60 g;
- Boiling water - 250 ml;
- Cheese varieties - about 200 g;
- Milk – 0,5 St;
- Onion – 1 piece;
- Tomato paste – 2 tbsp;
- Salt and spices;
- Chicken egg - 1 PC.
Preparation:
- Peel and grind the onion compact slices. Crumble the cheese on a coarse grater, and bread soak for a few minutes in chilled milk.
- Mix the stuffing (in addition to the chicken you can grind the Turkey) with chopped spring onions and most of the cheese (about 50 g Department for the dish decoration before baking).
- Put bread, pre-pressed from the milk, and one egg. Add spices and salt to your taste and how to knead. Now the meat needs to be put in the fridge for approximately half an hour.
- To work with a chilled mix of much nicer and more comfortable. Wet hands with water and we make round meatballs of medium size. Formed products are arrayed in a row at the bottom of a baking dish, pre-greased with vegetable oil.
- Shredding cheese on a grater (we had 50 g) and generously sprinkle with meat balls. After that they need to cover the tomato sauce: to prepare dilute tomato paste in water and mix with all spices.
- Set the form in a preheated oven for half an hour (might have to add five minutes). The optimal mode – 180 degrees.
Chicken meatballs – the dish is quite versatile: it will fit any side dish, be it mashed potatoes or boiled rice.
