How to build a tower out of matches

Remember how you were told as a child: "Matches to children not a toy!". And you quietly laughed: "adults toy". So, now you can plenty of playing with matches, not spreading fire and not burning everything in its path! With regular matches , you can create a work of art.

You will need

• - thick paper or cardboard;
• - the range;
• pencil;
• - matches;
• knife;
• glue;
• - needle file.

Instruction

1. To get started, cut a match head. On paper or cardboard, draw a square 7x7 cm
2. Then draw a square inside an octagon with sides 3 cm Now need to build the base of the tower: for this first match stick on 4 sides of the octagon (top, bottom, right and left sides), then on the sloping sides (these matches should be between the first four). So you get the base of the tower exposed "logs" - the logs width – 1 match.
3. Make a second row of sticks. To do this, as well as at the base of the first long match stick (straight side), and then between them – a short, sloping. Continue in the same sequence; you need to gain height wall 20 series. Make sure that all the walls were smooth, especially from the outside. 4. Stick to the perimeter matches with the inner side of one match (8). Now we need to make the second tier of the tower, to do this, glue one match with each side, but not to the top and to the outside sidewall. Thus, the upper row of walls will be wider by 1 match.
5. When the glue dries, cut off the protruding part of the needle files and smooth off the end.
6. Construct the second tier of the tower. For this to the existing base declate 9 series of matches. Please note that as with the creation of the first layer, the matches should form the overlap. When you build the second tier with a height of 5 matches, make Windows: for this is the whole match, use 2 pieces of a smaller length. Glue them so that the wall is formed at intervals. The height of the Windows should be 2 series of matches.
