Cooking teriyaki sauce



Teriyaki sauce is a Japanese sauce that is often present in traditional cuisine. It is most commonly used for frying, but sometimes it can be used as a marinade. The basis for it is the usual soy sauce that is added to the rice wine Mirin, brown sugar and various spices. This is mainly ginger in dried or fresh form.

Cooking shrimp and mussels in teriyaki sauce



You will need: frozen mussels and peeled prawns (1 kg), onion (1 piece), bell pepper (2 PCs), teriyaki sauce (200 ml).

Throw the mussels in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, discard in a colander and allow to dry. In a pan fry the onions with vegetable oil, add bell pepper, previously cut into strips. Sauté for 5 minutes. Pour into the pan of shrimp and mussels.

Fry until half-cooked (until crisp) and add teriyaki sauce. Sauce fry for another 2-3 minutes. Serve shrimp and mussels in a teriyaki sauce recommended with rice and vegetables.

Mussels and shrimp in teriyaki sauce with rice noodles and seaweed

You will need: sea Kale (300 g) rice noodles (500 g), mussels and peeled shrimps (500 g), teriyaki sauce (100 ml).
