- harsh thread;

Number all the sheets using a black graphite pencil. The room is in the upper right corner. Fold the papers in chronological order, starting with the oldest. If you have envelopes with the enclosed documents, you have numbered envelope, and then each document in it.

Remove all staples and other metal parts. If the document does not have fields for the binder, and attach to it a paper strip. Prepare all the papers for the firmware, making plans for the four punctures, and placing them in a cardboard cover.

A stack of documents that you must hold down clamp, pierce with awl or drill with a special device to firmware documents. Without removing the clamps, sew paper with a long needle, using a harsh thread, twine or tape.

For the correct firmware you need threaded from the back side of the needle into the hole that is second, to hold the needle to the back and back again to the second hole. After this, the needle must be displayed on the front side and to flash the second hole, but from above. The thread is pulled out from the back side, and the two ends are fixed so that the thread tails you can seal the paper (tracing paper).

On paper, pasted on the thread, stamped by organization and sign officials (Director, chief accountant). On the cardboard cover glued to the inventory of the documents that are filed in the stack. It should indicate name of organization and its structural subdivisions, to put a date to specify the period of storage of archival documents and the code, if it is adopted in your organization.
