Pizza recipe in the pan for 5 minutes

Often not enough time to cook a complex and delicious dishes, and often we have the recipes, the cooking time which is calculated by the minute. Homemade pizza in a frying pan with a rich flavor perfect for such an option, because the time of its execution does not amount to 10 minutes.

You will need

• - 100 g of sausage
• - 150 g of hard cheese
• - 2 eggs
• - 9 tbsp flour
• - 1 tomato
• - 4 tbsp of mayonnaise
• - 4 tbsp sour cream
• - Vegetable oil

Instruction

1. Mix in tank 4 tbsp sour cream, 4 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 eggs and mix well. Add 9 tbsp flour and all mix well again.
2. Cut into strips 100 g sausage, tomato mode plastics, RUB cheese on a coarse grater.
3. In a pan pour some oil and put it on medium heat. Once pan is hot, pour the dough, spread the sausage and tomatoes, sprinkle grated cheese.
4. The pan cover with a lid. Once the cheese is melted, approximately 5 minutes, remove the pan.
