You will need
- onions;

- minced meat (beef

- fresh parsley or dill;
- black pepper;

Peel one medium onion and cut into small cubes. Stir the onion 200-300 grams of minced meat (beef, pork or chicken), add the one egg, 1/2 Cup well washed rice, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix all into a homogeneous mass and form from it meatballs with a diameter of about 3-4 cm.

Roll each of the meatballs in flour and fry on both sides in 5-6 tablespoons of vegetable oil until Golden brown. Put the meatballs into a deep pan, pour water to cover the meatballs, and put on the stove to cookby. After the water comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes.

One medium carrot peel and cut into thin strips or chop on a grater. Two onions, peel, cut into small cubes. Fry in 3 tablespoons vegetable oil carrots and onions. One large tomato wash, pour over boiling water, remove the skin and cut into cubes. Add it to the onions and carrots and simmer everything for about 3-4 minutes.

Two or three potatoes peel, cut into cubes or cubes. Pour into a deep pan with water, season with a little salt and bring to a boil. In boiling water add the fried vegetables, sliced potatoes, cooked meatballs and simmer the soup about 5-10 minutes. It will be ready when the potato is cooked.

Ladle into soup bowls, season with 15-20% sour cream and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley or dill.
