You will need
- Biscuit:
- eggs (6 pieces);
- the sugar (6 tbsp.);
- flour (6 tbsp.);
- Mac (80 g);
- chocolate (100 g).
- For the custard:
- milk (400 ml);
- vanillin (1/6 tsp);
- yolks (2 PCs.);
- flour (1 tbsp.);
- starch (1 tbsp);
- sugar powder (100 g);
- butter (250 g).
- For strawberry layer:
- strawberries (500 g);
- sugar (4 tbsp.);
- gelatin (20 g).

For preparation of biscuits, separate the whites from the yolks.

Proteins whisk in three steps, adding sugar to thick foam.

Still whisking, add the egg yolks one at a time.

To the mixture add the sifted flour, mix gently with a spatula movements from the bottom up, as if turning over the layers, not to expel the air from the beaten egg whites.

Separate 1/3 of the dough. In the remaining 2/3 add the Mac.

Bake separately 3 thin sponge cake at 175 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Leave the biscuits to cool. Carefully shift them, as they are very airy and fragile.

For the preparation of the layer of strawberries soak gelatin in ? the Cup of cold boiled water.

Strawberries put in a Cup and add sugar.

Bring down the the blender to puree.

Swollen gelatin heat to dissolve without boiling.

Pour the gelatin solution into the strawberry puree, mix well.

Pour the resulting mass in two forms, with a diameter equal to the diameter of the baked cakes.

Line a rimmed shape with cling film so that it's easier to remove the jelly. Put the dishes in the cold.

To prepare the cream: heat the milk with vanilla sugar to a boil. Mash the yolks in a bowl with the icing sugar, starch and flour.

To the yolks, carefully pour the hot milk, stirring constantly.

The finished mixture is put on fire and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. The cream should be as thick as sour cream.

Cool the cream to room temperature. Softened butter, whisk. Gradually add the cooled cream into butter, whisking constantly.

Assemble the cake in this order – poppy seed cake, cream, strawberry layer, cream, white cake, cream, another layer of cream, poppy seed cake.

On top of everything, coat with cream and decorate with strawberries and grated chocolate. Strawberry cake is ready!
