You will need
- water - 3 liters;
- chicken – 0.5 kg;
- carrots – 2 pieces;
- onions – 2 pieces;
- potatoes – 5 pieces;
- pasta – 150 grams;
- salt
- pepper
- dill
- parsley – to taste.

First prepare the chicken broth. To do this, carefully wash the chicken and cut it into small pieces.

Carrots and onions clean, along with meat fill with water and put on fire.

As soon as the water boils, remove the foam and reduce heat. Broth and salt and simmer for 40 minutes.

Remove from the broth, meat, onions and carrots.

Disassemble the chicken into small pieces and put it back in the broth.

Potatoes cut into cubes or strips, put into the broth and cook for 15-20 minutes after boiling.

Onions finely chop.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater.

Put the vegetables in the pan and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown, then add to soup.

After you add the soup noodles and continue to cook for about 5-7 minutes.
