Wash and peel the carrots, grate on a fine grater. In a saucepan, heat 1 tsp of butter, put the carrot, add sugar. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Then pour in a pot of hot water. Slowly stir in semolina and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid lumps. Season the porridge with butter and serve.
