Due to the fact that the file system Windows Phone has a closed type, to exchange multimedia files between your PC and your mobile device is possible only through the Zune software. To start working with this app, you must download it from the Internet and install it on your PC. Today, the Zune software supports almost all models of mobile phones.
Install the Zune software with phone, Nokia Lumia or from the downloaded installation file. In the first case, you need to connect your device to the computer, then the program will open automatically. Next, you need to set up Zune in accordance with the instructions on the screen.
In the second case, you just need to run the setup file Zune and perform the specified actions.
Start the Zune software and select the path "Settings > "Collection". You will see 4 folders: video, music, images and podcasts. Select the desired folder, click "Manage" and click "Add". Then determine which media files you would like to transfer to your phone. Restart the program and go to the tab "Collection". Here is located the previously chosen file. They need to be synchronized to the mobile device.
To do this, connect your phone to your computer, select the file in the program and click the right mouse button. Opens a context menu where you can choose the option "Sync with Nokia Lumia".

Owners of Windows 8 can choose another way to remove the program, namely: "start" > "Delete" > "Settings" > "Uninstall a program". In the application list, you need to find the Zune and press the "Delete"button.
