Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchini;
  • 1 chicken (weighing 0.3-0.4 kg);
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 1 tbsp (heaped) of cottage cheese;
  • 50 g of hard cheese;
  • 2 tbsp sour cream;
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill or parsley;
  • olive oil;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Zucchini thoroughly washed and cut into long slices 5 mm thick.
