Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchini;
- 1 chicken (weighing 0.3-0.4 kg);
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1 tbsp (heaped) of cottage cheese;
- 50 g of hard cheese;
- 2 tbsp sour cream;
- 1 tbsp chopped dill or parsley;
- olive oil;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
- Zucchini thoroughly washed and cut into long slices 5 mm thick.

- Note that these rolls can be served with sour cream and garlic sauce.
