Ingredients:
- 0,5 kg minced pork;
- 5 potatoes;
- 1 onion;
- 2 carrots;
- 4 tablespoons of turmeric;
- 2 eggs;
- 6 tsp spices;
- 2 tsp. of the salt;
- 4-8 tbsp of mayonnaise;
- 3-5 tsp. mustard;
- sunflower oil for frying;
- 2-3 tomatoes (optional);
- hard cheese (optional);
- a few sprigs of parsley (optional).
Preparation:
- Onion finely chopped with a knife, carrots rubbed on a large grater.
- In a pan, heat sunflower oil. Put onions in oil and fry until soft. After the onions add the carrots and turmeric powder, mix everything thoroughly and fry until cooked.
- Potatoes peel and RUB on any float. Potato flesh a little squeeze with your hands, removing excess juice, and place in a bowl.
- There drive egg, add the vegetable sauté, salt, favorite spices, and mustard and mayonnaise to taste. All mix thoroughly until smooth. If you want a more spicy dish, the amount of pepper and mustard can be increased.
- Take a baking sheet or a baking dish with high sides. On the bottom of the form in one layer, spread the potato mixture and flatten it with a spoon.
- Minced knead, season with salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
- From pork meat to form small meatballs and lay them evenly on top of potato layer. Making meatballs with wet hands is recommended, as they are easier formed and does not stick to the hands.
- The filled form send to the oven, preheated to 195 degrees.

- Optional at the end of cooking between the meatballs and you can put slices of tomatoes and parsley leaves. All the contents of the form to fill with the grated cheese and again send in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
