1. Before you ask to call back to the MTS, make sure that the caller also uses the services of the mobile operator. Phone numbers of MTS have prefixes 910-919, and 980-989. To submit a request, on your phone, dial the command *110* here write the number to which you want to send a request to call, then press # and call.
2. The person you sent the request to call will receive a text message with the text "Call me please" and include your phone number. If you didn't call me back, you can repeat the request, but for the service "Call me back" restricted - no more than 5 times per day.
3. Try to type the command *111*6*2# and then *110*phone number# to ask them to call back to the MTS. This must be done in the case if, when performing queries on the screen, there are strange symbols, that is, the phone does not support or partially supports Russian language. You will receive all notifications in the form of transliteration from Russian into Latin. Reverse the language change notification is made by dialing "*111*6*1#.
4. You can send a request to call back through the official website of MTS. Select "messaging", then "SMS", "SMS" and "SMS/MMS from the site".
