Instruction
Recipe pork kidney.
For this dish you will need: pork kidneys, medium-sized onion, spices for meat with the nutmeg, baking soda, sour cream.
• Cut pork kidney (not to the end), stir into it the baking soda and leave for thirty minutes.
• Kidneys thoroughly rinse under warm running water and then cut it into sticks.
• Place the sticks into the pan, and cook until excess liquid is evaporated.
• Add a little sunflower oil, pre-chopped onions and spices.

Roast kidneys.
You will need the following ingredients: pork or lamb kidneys, medium sized carrots and onions, six potatoes, greens.
• In a saucepan bring water to a boil, add salt and immerse it in the kidneys. Let simmer five minutes. Then drain the water, pour new and bring to boil again. This procedure repeat two or three times.
• Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion and send to the frying pan, pre-greased with sunflower oil. Fry until Golden color.
• Cut the kidneys into small squares and add them to the vegetables.
• Pour in the pan a little water, cover and simmer for about ten minutes.
• Take the marinated cucumbers and finely slice them, then add them to the pan.
• Again cover and simmer for another fifteen minutes.
• Cut potatoes into cubes. Boil water in a saucepan, put potatoes and cook it until semi-state.
• Then to the potatoes add the cooked contents from the pan: the kidneys, along with roasted vegetables.
• Cover and cook twenty minutes. Turn off the heat and let stand fifteen minutes.
• Finely chop the greens.
Before serving, arrange on hot plates and sprinkle with greens. The dish is ready!

For this delicious dish you need: half a kilo beef kidney, medium onion, four pickles, flour, sunflower oil, black peppercorns, three Bay leaves, parsley.
• Clean the kidneys from the films and fat, place them in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Then drain the water, rinse the kidneys under a stream of warm water, put in a saucepan, cover with new water. Simmer until cooked about one and a half hours.
• On the broth that you get when cooking, prepare the sauce. Take one tablespoon of flour and sunflower oil. Fry until the color will become dark brown. Pour half Cup of the prepared broth and simmer about seven minutes.
• Ready-to-cut kidney slices of the small size.
Finely chop the onion and sauté until Golden brown, add the kidneys and fry for about three minutes.
• Cut the slices of potatoes and fry.
• Finely chop the cucumbers.
• Put buds in a saucepan (leave a bit of broth), add the potatoes, cucumbers, Bay leaves and eight peas of black pepper.
• Cover and simmer for about thirty minutes.
• Finely chop the greens.
Serve on pre-warmed plates (you can douse them with boiling water) on top and sprinkle with herbs.
