Start the task Manager operating system Windows (right-click the mouse on the taskbar and select the appropriate item, use the key combination Ctrl+Alt+Del or click start – Run – enter the command Taskmgr and click OK). Go to the tab "Processes", find the files spoolsvv.exe and spooldr.exe right-click the mouse on the file name, select "Stop". This will help to restore the print subsystem.

Run a full scan of your computer using antivirus programs to enable the printing subsystem. For example, go to the website https://www.freedrweb.com/download+cureit+free/?lng=EN and download the free antivirus utility. In safe mode run the downloaded file, and select full scan. Wait until it is finished, remove all detected malicious objects.

Navigate to the Windows folder, locate and delete the file spoolsvv.exe and spooldr.exe. These files, usually hidden or system. To display them, go to the menu "Tools", select "folder options". In the tab "View" check the box "Display contents of system folders".

Run in the command prompt, msconfig, select the startup tab. Uncheck the items that you removed in the third step. Click "OK". Further, to connect the print system, go to the main menu, select "setting" – "control Panel" – "administrative tools" – "Services".

Find the service "print spooler". Call Manager window. Click "start", startup type set to "Auto" in the field "Executable file", enter C:/WINDOWS/system32/spoolsv.exe. Click "OK". Start registry editor – start – Run – type Regedit – OK. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/Spooler. Find the parameter ImagePath - REG_EXPAND_SZ value should be in the form %SystemRoot%/system32/spoolsv.exe.
