Pie cherry simple
You will need:
- ground cherries – 1 Cup;
- sour cream – 1 Cup;
- chicken eggs – 2 PCs.;
- sugar – 1 glass;
- soda – 1 teaspoon;
- flour – 1,5-2 cups (depending on the stickiness of the flour).

- sour cream – 500 g;
- sugar – 1 Cup.

- yeast – 50 g;
- butter – 240 g;
- milk – 2 glasses;
- sugar – 200 g;
- chicken eggs – 6 PCs.;

- dry ground cherries – 3 cups;
- sugar – 300 g;
- water – 250 g.
To start prepare sponge dough. It is cooked in two stages. Heat 1.5 cups of milk to 30-35oC, add the 2 tablespoons of sugar, salt, yeast and thoroughly mix to completely dissolve ingredients. Gradually add flour to dough (dough) was not thicker than sour cream.
Place the container with the dough in a warm place to rise, covered with a damp cloth. The dough is ready when it produces a lot of bubbles and its volume increases several times. Now you need to prepare the dough directly. For this remaining heat the milk, add sugar, eggs and mix well.
