Sometimes there is a dispute with the manufacturer, in this case, you must prove that you used the product correctly, i.e., did not beat, did not drop it, did not carry out actions prohibited by the warranty.

Warranty period set by the manufacturer has the different length. Some firms provide on different parts of the same technical sample different warranty periods. For each sample item shall be issued a document confirming a guarantee, check carefully as incorrectly filled warranty card may lead to refusal of the company to repair the products. Guarantee document from the manufacturer is issued even if there is a warranty from the seller.

Seller guarantee

Seller guarantee is issued with a guarantee from the manufacturer. This is usually the document that confirms the exchange of goods in case it is something not fits the buyer or is faulty, for the same, or a refund. Deadlines are set different, but by law the consumer has one week to return the products to seller.

If the seller refuses to refund or exchange a product, you can apply to the court or to the senior management of the point of sale. Bosses rarely come into conflict knowing that it lowers the prestige of their sales organization. Remember that any product must be in good condition should be returned with all warranty and technical papers, as well as product packaging, so store it for some time.

It is rare that the seller gives its own warranty, confirming the fact that the products are really good and reliable. Such a guarantee is possible only in case of close contact of the seller and the manufacturer.
