Drain from the system of old and used oil be sure to follow with flushing the tank & flushing the entire system with drain used liquid. As a new oil choose only the manufacturer's recommended types of fluid for each make and model of the car. The list of recommended types of search in technical documentation. Avoid mixing different types of oils.
2
Draining the working fluid guide either manually or on a special stand. When you use stand, connect it to the hydraulic steering system. After switching on, the stand will automatically drain old oil, flushing the system and replace the old fluid with new.
3
When manually operations to drain the oil from the system G disconnect the tank, remove the cover and drain the oil. Then disconnect from the distributor pipelines of discharge and drain and through them, drain the oil from the booster pump. Start slowly rotate the steering wheel left and right until it stops, simultaneously draining the oil from the power cylinder.
4
When conducting a drain, ensure the waste liquid does not impinge on other parts, wires and pipes in the engine compartment. It may harm them. Make sure that the fluid drained from the entire hydraulic system. For guaranteed removal of oil residues, and also residues and sediments (especially from hard to reach places) make the flushing system.
5
After draining the working fluid always flush the power steering fluid reservoir. To do this, remove the filter from the tank and rinse it. Carefully wipe the reservoir inside to remove all residual contaminated oil. Washed the filter set back into the tank Gur.
6
The frequency of replacement of the working fluid in the SMR is written in the instruction manual of the car. Usually this operation is done every 30 thousand miles or every 1-3 years. At the same time replacing the fluid is recommended to change the tank system and oil filter.
