Click "start" to bring up the main menu of the Microsoft Windows operating system and select "control Panel" to perform the operation enable network connections.

Expand "administrative tools" double click and click "Services".

Expand "Network connections" double click and navigate to the "General" tab of the resulting window.

Apply the check box for "startup Type":
- auto - for continuous operation of the service;
- manually - run as needed;
- disabled to prevent the service
and click OK to confirm the selected changes.

Return to the main menu "start" and click "Execute" to determine the service state of network connections.

Enter the value of the services.msc in the Open box and click OK to confirm the command launch equipment.

Determine the status of required services and return to the main menu "start".

Click "Run" and type regedit in the Open box.

Click OK to confirm the tool has run "" registry Editor and expand the following branch:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Netman.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Netman.

Select Start=dword : and use the following values:
dword : 00000004 - disable the service;
dword : 00000003 - to enable the service manually;
is dword : 00000002 - for automatic inclusion.
dword : 00000004 - disable the service;
dword : 00000003 - to enable the service manually;
is dword : 00000002 - for automatic inclusion.

Shut down utility registry editor and restart the computer to apply the selected changes.
