To cook Turkey soup, wash the meat. Fill it with water, bring to a boil. Then drain the water, cover the meat with boiling water - two liters. Simmer for half an hour.

Remove the Turkey from the broth, slice finely, put it back. Potatoes cut into pieces. Carrot chop. Figure rinse well. Potatoes, carrots, rice down gently into the broth.

Simmer the soup for another 20 minutes. And at the end of cooking the dish, add washed, finely chopped herbs, salt. Healthy soup is ready.
