You will need
- 1. 0.5 kg pork liver.
- 2. Water.
- 3. 1 medium onion.
- 4. 1 large carrot.
- 5. 4 tablespoons of sour cream or mayonnaise.
- 6. Salt.
- 7. Sunflower oil for frying.

Soak the liver in one piece in cold water for 1.5-2 hours. Remove the rough veins, cut into small cubes.

Peel and grate the carrots. Onion cut into half rings.

In a deep frying pan in vegetable oil fry onions and carrots until soft.

Add the onions and carrots pork liver, fry all together, stirring occasionally.

Once the liver will begin to change color, put in a pan sour cream or mayonnaise, mix, cover with hot water. The water should be above the content of the pan by about 1 cm.

Close the pan with a lid, reduce the heat, simmer the liver for about 20 minutes. From time to time stir the gravy. Don't forget to salt to taste.
