How to make meatball soup
Soup with meatballs is a popular first course. From the variety of soups it is the most simple. Every woman makes this dish differently. Meatballs are little balls of minced meat, which are cooked in the broth. Mold them from a variety of beef. Also there are different additives: onion, rice, seasonings. The main thing - that the meat balls were small and the same. In order to make the beef more soft, the hostess put in a slice of white bread. In addition to the noodles, this soup is you can add any filling. Before remove from heat soup with meatballs, toss in a couple Bay leaves. To the table the dish is served with chopped greens. It can be green bow, feathers garlic, dill, parsley.
You will need
- onions (2 PCs.);
- carrots (1 PC.);
- potatoes (2-3 PCs.);
- water (3 l);
- vegetable oil (50 g);
- greens;
- salt (1 tbsp.);
- spices to taste.
Instruction
Take the saucepan and pour in it water, put on fire.
Then prepare a cutting Board and chop finely onion.
Then to the meat add chopped onion. Mix well.
Next, salt the meat and sprinkle it to taste the spices. Mix everything again and put in the fridge.
Take the potatoes, peel it and cut into large, but short wedges.
Salt water in a pan and add the potatoes.
Take the carrot, peel it and finely shred on a grater.
After that, put the pan on the fire. Pour it in vegetable oil. Put the onion and carrots. Fry the vegetables until Golden brown.
Then put the browned vegetables to the potatoes, which in the meantime became half done.
Remove from the refrigerator chilled meat. Form into small balls.
Carefully lay out the resulting meatballs into the soup.
Stir the meatballs from time to time, until they surface. Finely slice the greens.
Once the meatballs are ready, put in the soup greens.
Then cover the pan with a lid. Leave it on the heat for another 2 minutes and turn off. Soup with meatballs is ready!
Note
If the stuffing turned out to be the specific consistency when hands to mold meatballs anymore, and semolina or egg for density to add more do not want, then you can shape meatballs by using a teaspoon. Shape they are, of course, not quite a classic, but will not collapse, will be tender and juicy.

Once the water is better not to add salt, since the boiling temperature of salt water is slightly higher than that of fresh.
