You will need
- - 3 medium cucumber
- - 3 cloves of garlic
- - 3 tbsp soy sauce
- - garlic press
- vegetable cutter / knife

Cucumbers thoroughly washed, cut off their tails. Then cut lengthwise with a knife or mandoline into long thin slices.

Depending on the desired sharpness of the meal to take 3 or more cloves of garlic, crush press into a plate with sliced cucumbers.
