Classic muesli to Bircher-Benner
Pour the cereal into a suitable bowl. Fill with warm water. Leave overnight. Mix the yogurt with lemon juice and honey. Put in water-soaked oats. Grate raw apples directly in the cereal and immediately stir so they do not darkened. Top with the chopped nuts. Eat for Breakfast.

Muesli Swiss style
Put all the ingredients except the fresh fruit and yogurt into an airtight container. Pour to about 1/5 of the capacity was available. Shake several times to mix. Eat in the morning, the Bay plain yogurt and adding chopped fresh fruit. If you like the flavor of vanilla, you can store the vanilla pod in a container of granola.

Please note that the dried fruit and the walnuts were chopped no larger than the flakes in one bite. Keep a container of muesli in a cool, dark place. Do not mix a very large batch in advance, it is enough such quantity to be enough for one to two weeks.

Spicy granola
Preheat the oven to 220оС. Mix the oats, almonds and cinnamon in a large bowl. Set aside. Then combine in small saucepan the Apple juice, honey and canola oil, cook on medium heat until honey is dissolved. Add vanilla extract and salt, stir.

Pour the mixture of Apple juice, oil and honey to cereal and mix until light moisturizing. Cover a large baking sheet with baking paper, evenly spread the moistened cereal. Bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes, stir and bake for another 5-10 minutes or until beautiful Golden brown. A little cool, put back in bowl and add the dried apples and cranberries. Mix. Allow to cool completely and store in a dark dry place in an airtight container for no longer than 1-2 weeks.
