2. After receiving these documents, the new owner must apply to the Department of traffic police at the place of residence to make changes in registration documents.
3. Thus, the car can be sold with existing number plates, which the new owner can redeem when you receive a new registration certificate to the signs of the new series or the same if the plates are damaged or deformed as a result of the accident.
