On the table this day is also a lot of greenery, a variety of salads, pies and gingerbread - symbols of the sun. In the ancient Slavic people celebrated sendoff spring and the summer meeting: it was then developed the tradition of going to the cemetery and neaten the graves of birch twigs, to propitiate and appease the spirits of deceased ancestors. It was believed that on this day the branches of this tree have special healing power. Only this day was allowed to break the brooms for a bath and swim in open water. Herbs, consecrated in the Church, and to this day it is customary to dry and carefully stored until next year. They are used only in extreme cases, for example, in the treatment of severe diseases.
Celebrate the feast of the Holy Trinity in nature. Spread out on a grass green tablecloth, specially prepared for the holiday loaves are decorated with flowers. If they do not eat, then prepare them crackers and stored until the wedding of the young, and then, fortunately, is added during kneading in a wedding cake.
