The required number of strawberries carefully wash, remove leaves and place on napkin to drain.. Then a portion put in plastic bags or containers and place in the freezer.

Mash the strawberries into a puree, put portions in plastic bags, packages, carefully tie off and put in the freezer on top of each other. As needed, take a package, defrost, puree, mix with sugar and serve.

Put berries into containers, sprinkling each layer with sugar, and put in the refrigerator. Berries should pour sugar in order to have a softer consistency and can be easily separated from each other.

Cut each berry into 4 parts, mix with sugar, spread on a tray, freeze, put in plastic bag and put in the freezer. This strawberry is perfect for cocktails as ice or decorations.

Boil the syrup 0.5 liter water, 0.5 liter of fruit juice (at its discretion), 300 grams of sugar, 5 grams of citric acid or 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Strawberries tightly, put into containers, pour cooled cooked syrup and place in freezer. After thawing, the berries do not lose their useful qualities. The syrup can be used for cocktails and strawberries to use in its pure form.
