Contact all banks where either took out loans or having their account. Most often for answer a call in the call center where they will connect you with a competent specialist that will help you and verbally articulate the desired data. If for any purpose necessary the official response from the Bank, call the call center may not be enough. In this case, contact the Bank personally or send up a written request.

Contact the territorial Department of the Bank of Russia, if the Bank ignores your requests, including written. Describe in a letter the history of attempts to get the right information: when, how many times and in what form addressed to the Bank on this issue. Ask them to assist you in obtaining the necessary documents.

Make a request for a credit report in National Bureau of credit histories (NBCH). Request form for physical and legal persons you can download on the Bureau's website in the section which presents the borrowers.

Complete the request, sign and attest the signature of a notary.

Pay for the service if asked for it less than a year ago. Prices and details you can find on the website of NCB.

Send your request to the address: 121069, Moscow, Skatertny pereulok, 20/1, the National Bureau of credit histories.

Visit the post office where there is a Telegraph, if you don't want to spend money on notary services.

Compose a telegram, in which state your surname, name and patronymic, passport details and registration address. Don't forget to also include in its request a credit report.

Ask the postal workers to assure your signature on the telegram. To do this, show them your passport.

Send a telegram at the same address as the letter in step 6. Wait for an answer from the NCB.
