How to calculate work experience

Experience of work is employment or social activities, which is calculated with the total length of time in public service. In General, the experience includes the full number of years, months and days worked by the employee. A break does not matter when counting. There are insurance periods, time of payment of contributions to the pension Fund. Special work experience – a period of work in special conditions.

Instruction

1. In General, seniority is counted:
   -the term of military service in internal Affairs bodies and bodies criminally - Executive system. Experience counted and their family members
   -getting social security disability
   -maternity leave up to 1.5 years
   -time of receiving unemployment benefits
   -moving into public service
   -participation in social activities
   -time in prison or exile
   -while caring for a disabled group 1, a disabled child, a close relative after 80 years
2. The special seniority is defined as work in hazardous industries, exposed to that radiation in harsh climatic conditions.
3. Continuity of employment:
   -when the interruption is not more than 1 month
   -resigned on their own not more than three weeks
4. The insurance record shall include the time of payment of insurance contributions to the pension Fund.
   The period of study in the insurance period is not counted.
