Fix this by using standard operating system tools. Enough to make some adjustments. On the desktop click on the icon "My computer" two times left button of the mouse. Click "Show all connections". After a few seconds you will see a list of all connections. Select the label that is responsible for connecting to the Internet. Navigate to the "settings" tab. Locate the box "connect automatically". You need to remove the check box next to the item so that the system no longer connects automatically to the Internet. Click "Save". All changes are automatically saved in the computer system. However, this method works only on USB modems. Devices that are connected via fibre-optic cable will need to reconfigure other method.

Click "start". Go to the tab "Automatic download". If there is the icon for your connection, delete it and restart the computer. You can do everything from the command line. Click "start" and click on "Run". Type msconfig and press Enter. Click on the tab labeled "Services". Look for the item "the Manager of auto-connections of remote connection" and uncheck. Save all changes and restart the computer.
