You will need

- 2 eggs;

- 4 eggs;
- 50 ml of milk;
- 1 tsp. of salt solution;
- 1-2 tbsp of butter.

The omelet will provocatrice yolks from the whites and beat them to a froth with a mixer. Mix the egg yolks with the milk, enter the beaten egg whites and pour the mixture into a greased deep form. Prepare a water bath. To do this in a large pot with water, put your completed form. Cover with a lid, heat the mixture until thick. Prepared scrambled eggs put on a plate and serve.
