Before you begin installing your own DNSserverand ask a support provider will not prevent this process, whether the stable operation of the Internet connection, does it not contradict the General settings for a specific provider.

Download unbound-DNS site http://unbound.net/. Setup this DNSserver,and will be in the "Downloads" section. You must select the installer, which is designed for 32-bit Windows operating systems (even if you have sixty-four bit operating system from Microsoft, most likely this app will run in compatibility mode).

Run the installer unbound (unbound _setup_X.X.X. where X is a numerical designation of your downloaded version on the developer's website, usually, you can find the most recent at the moment version), in dialog mode, follow according to the recommendations of escalator (where required, click “Next” where asked – read the license agreement and mark that I read it). At the end of the installation you'll need just to confirm its completion by clicking the button “Finish”. The installation of the DNSserverand completed. To enable it you won't need it automatically launched after the installation process. After the restart it also starts automatically if you forcefully disable it.

Configure your network connection, matching the secondary DNS on your local host (IP address of Localhost defaults to 127.0.0.1) – this option is ideal if the network connection settings were specified two DNS primary and secondary. If in the settings was checked on the option "Obtain the DNSserverautomatically", then explicitly change the settings to manually specify the DNSserverand specify the localhost address (127.0.0.1) for both the primary and secondary DNSserver.

Check the availability of the Internet nodes - try to go to one of them. If earned online, you can forget about this problem. If not, try pinging the gateway of your Internet provider, it is possible that the problem in the physical connection with your provider.
