Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. of rice;
  • 0,3 kg of meat;
  • 0.4 kg frozen mixed vegetables;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 egg;
  • 2 small tomatoes;
  • 4 tbsp sunflower oil;
  • 1 tbsp olive oil;
  • 1 tbsp. butter;
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs or cheese;
  • 1 tbsp of universal spice for meat;
  • 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning for vegetables;
  • 2-3 tbsp water;
  • 1 tsp turmeric;
  • black pepper and salt.

Preparation:

  1. Wash rice and boil until tender, following the directions on the package. At the same water to rice to salt is not necessary.
  2. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of sunflower oil without smell.
  3. To vegetable mixture with the rice and meat you need to buy frozen mixed vegetables of potatoes, carrots, onions, green peas and green beans. So, assorted vegetables to put in the hot oil, season with seasoning for vegetables and salt, sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender, stirring definitely.
  4. In a Cup mix the water and turmeric.
  5. In the fried vegetables, pour the cooked rice and salt, pour the mixture of turmeric and water. All mix thoroughly and simmer for 1-2 minutes over low heat.
  6. Onion cut into large half-rings and fry in sunflower oil until transparent.
  7. Minced vegetables in a large bowl, thoroughly mash with a fork and pour into the frying pan to the onions. There also add 1 tbsp butter and spices to the meat. Mix well and fry until cooked minced meat.
  8. The cooled minced meat with onions to put in the bowl of a blender. There beat in an egg, mix everything and grind. Furthermore, this procedure will not only shred the ingredients, but will make the meat very tender.
  9. Take two small baking forms. In each form put layers of rice mixture and mince, alternating them for each other. The bottom layer should be of rice and vegetables, and be sure the top of the meat.
  10. The top layer of food to fill either breadcrumbs or grated hard cheese.
  11. Tomatoes cut into polukoltsami, put on top of a layer of cheese (crackers) and drizzle with olive oil.
  12. Bake vegetable mixture with the rice and meat 20 minutes at 190 degrees.
  13. Then remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve.
