While when listening to in any application it is necessary to turn or you can just call the panel "start-up" (hover mouse cursor or by pressing the keyboard with a picture of the Windows logo on it).

Move the cursor to the right part of the panel "start". There should be a volume icon (a speaker).

Click once with the left mouse button on this icon.

The movement appeared roller up or down to adjust the volume to the desired level.
Note
If the right side panel "start" there is no volume icon, you have to try to click on the arrow, opening the hidden icons. If the volume is not in the hidden icons, then you can set it to display:
1) Open Control Panel (from your My Computer or the start Menu")
2) There is a double click of the left mouse button to open the tab Sounds and Audio devices
3) In the opened window open the tab "Volume".
4) it has two check boxes, one of which is "Show icon on taskbar". It has to be noted.
5) Click "Apply" and then "OK"
If in Control Panel, all the components of the tab "Volume" is grayed out, then you need to install sound card drivers. They should be on the disc that comes with the computer.
