You will need

    • fried shrimp:
    • 150 g noodles;

    • Udon noodles with mushrooms and chicken:
    • 0.5 kg of noodles;
    • 300 g chicken fillet;
    • 100 g fresh mushrooms;
    • 2 heads of onions;
    • 5 tbsp vegetable oil;
    • 1 tbsp sake;
    • 5 tbsp soy sauce;
    • a pinch of ground ginger;
    • 2 tbsp starch;
    • salt.
Noodles Udon- fried krevetkami sprouts separate from the liquid, strain the remains through a colander and finely chop. Slice the celery into thin slices. The noodles drop into the boiling water and cook until tender, rinse in a colander under cold running water.

To the pan add the remaining oil, heat and saute the onion and mushrooms for 5 minutes. Add the noodles, a glass of hot water or bouillon, pour in the soy sauce, season with salt. Mix well all the ingredients, add fried chicken, stir it again and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Before serving the dish can be sprinkle with chopped herbs.
