Ingredients:

  • Cilantro – 200 g;
  • Cream cheese – 200 g;
  • Salted salmon – 250 g;
  • Red caviar – 50 g;
  • Water – 0,5 St;
  • Milk – 1 tbsp;
  • Chicken egg – 2 PCs;
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp;
  • Salt;
  • Flour – 200 g;
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
  • Dill;
  • Parsley.

Preparation:

  1. Start with preparing the dough for pancakes. In a bowl put the washed coriander leaves, pour a glass of water, and whisk with a blender. Beat the mixture with eggs, add salt and sugar.
  2. Pour in a lot of milk and sunflower oil.
  3. Well sift the flour and pour in the bowl. Whisk the ingredients with a blender.
  4. Get a homogeneous mass. Let the dough stand for 20 minutes and then proceed to baking pancakes.
  5. Heat the pan, brush the surface with oil. Pour a portion of dough using a ladle. Fry the pancake on both sides.
  6. Put the cooked pancake on a cutting Board. Fully lubricate it with cream cheese. Fillet of red fish cut into strips. On the edge lay the slices of salted salmon, a little caviar, and top with finely chopped fresh herbs.
  7. Roll the pancake tube and cut at an angle into three parts. Do the same with the rest of the pancakes.
  8. Put the finished pancake rolls on a flat plate lined with lettuce leaves, garnish with greens and serve. You can substitute salmon to any other red fish.

Recommended to be served with cream sauce.
