Ingredients:
- Cilantro – 200 g;
- Cream cheese – 200 g;
- Salted salmon – 250 g;
- Red caviar – 50 g;
- Water – 0,5 St;
- Milk – 1 tbsp;
- Chicken egg – 2 PCs;
- Sugar – 1 tbsp;
- Salt;
- Flour – 200 g;
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- Dill;
- Parsley.
Preparation:
- Start with preparing the dough for pancakes. In a bowl put the washed coriander leaves, pour a glass of water, and whisk with a blender. Beat the mixture with eggs, add salt and sugar.
- Pour in a lot of milk and sunflower oil.
- Well sift the flour and pour in the bowl. Whisk the ingredients with a blender.
- Get a homogeneous mass. Let the dough stand for 20 minutes and then proceed to baking pancakes.
- Heat the pan, brush the surface with oil. Pour a portion of dough using a ladle. Fry the pancake on both sides.
- Put the cooked pancake on a cutting Board. Fully lubricate it with cream cheese. Fillet of red fish cut into strips. On the edge lay the slices of salted salmon, a little caviar, and top with finely chopped fresh herbs.
- Roll the pancake tube and cut at an angle into three parts. Do the same with the rest of the pancakes.
- Put the finished pancake rolls on a flat plate lined with lettuce leaves, garnish with greens and serve. You can substitute salmon to any other red fish.
Recommended to be served with cream sauce.
