Ingredients for the dough:

  • 330 ml of water;
  • 2 tbsp sugar;
  • 1 tablespoon of dry yeast;
  • 1 tsp salt;
  • 5 tbsp of mustard oil;
  • 0,5 kg of flour.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 150 grams of beans;
  • 0.5 kg of any minced meat;
  • 0.3 kg sauerkraut;
  • 1 bunch green onions;
  • 1.5 liters of water;
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil;
  • ½ Tsp sweet paprika;
  • ½ Tsp of salt.

Additional ingredients:

  • 1 egg yolk;
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil;
  • 1 tablespoon of water.

Preparation:

  1. The beans are rinsed, pour them into a bowl, cover with water and leave overnight.
  2. In the morning, again wash the beans, pour it into a saucepan, cover with water, boil and drain in a colander, to remove excess liquid.
